This week, a lot of what I read, listened, loved and experienced pointed me towards intentionality, goal-setting and problem-solving.
Here’s what stood out:

#1 Highlight: “Live a project based life.”
Life is full of distractions and if we are not careful we’ll live a life we’ll regret in a couple of years. Living intentionally is the only remedy to that, but it really isn’t easy. Here is a framework I have used to live with intention. I treat my goals as projects to be implemented 😅 and then decide on the inputs and the outputs( though I don’t rely on outputs). This gives you a clear road map to where you want to be.

#2 Highlight: “Set specific hyper focussed goals.”
We tend to set vague goals that usually don’t get us anywhere. But here is one trick you could use, avoid general goals like ‘I want to have more followers’ but instead have something like ‘I need 1000 followers.’ Or you could say ‘I have to post 30 contents by next month’ instead of ‘I want to grow my channel’

#3 Highlight: “If the treatment isn’t working, question the diagnosis.’”
When I read this, it made me pause for a sec and I thought, “This is it. A new approach of solving a problem has kicked into my reservoir.” If a solution for a ‘pain ache’ isn’t working, I should consider if it really is the problem I am having.
